The Boone County Planning Commission & The Comprehensive Plan

The work done by the Boone County Planning Commission and an overview of the country-wide comprehensive plan will be the topic of discussion as presented by Director of Community Development Services, Jenna LeCount to the Rotary Club of Florence (@FlorenceRotary) on Monday, March 20, 2022.
It is the Boone County Planning Commission’s goal to serve the citizens and the business community efficiently and effectively, provide public information and involvement in planning efforts, maintain the diverse character of Boone County, and anticipate and prepare for future growth and preservation.
Jenna LeCount is a professional planner with nearly two decades of local and county level public sector experience in the Greater Cincinnati area. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning from the University of Cincinnati’s College of Design Architecture Art and Planning and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Xavier University Williams College of Business. Jenna is a Certified Planner through the American Planning Association’s American Institute of Certified Planners. In her role as the Director of Community Development Services, Jenna oversees the planning, preservation, and community development activities for the Boone County Planning Commission where she is aiming to bridge the gap between long range planning efforts and impactful economic development within the County.
